Guest Pass Policy
Van Wert YMCA is a membership organization and our first priority is to serve our members who have made a commitment to the YMCA by joining. The purpose behind our guest policy is to: enhance service to current members who are encouraging a friend to join; and to make reasonable accommodations for out-of-town family and visitors.

Complimentary Guest Pass
One time Complimentary Guest Passes are available for anyone interested in joining the YMCA, but would first like to sample the facilities. We invite guests to receive a tour, during which a complimentary guest pass would be provided.
Guest Restrictions
1. All children must be accompanied by an adult if they are under Guest Pass Status to be in the facility.
2. Guests must register at the front desk and take a guest pass card.
3.Anyone caught sneaking in a Non-Member will have their membership revoked.
4. For members that bring in a guest 18+, must purchase a guest pass & member is responsible for the behavior of their guests.
5. Guests must adhere to all Van Wert YMCA policies and usage guidelines both posted and verbal.
